Job Summary:

Job Description:

· Manage Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Manager to plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. At The Prafazos Company, we run a fast-moving eCommerce operation and we need someone who can keep our numbers as sharp as our marketplace performance. We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive who is comfortable with Tally and Wonder, understands eCommerce transaction flows, and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations in a digital-first business.
If you have 1.6 to 2.5 years of hands-on accounting experience and are eager to grow in a fast-paced eCommerce and operations environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day accounting entries, ledger management, and reconciliations using Tally and Wonder software
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including marketplace settlement reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer invoicing
  • Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) preparation on a regular basis
  • GST data compilation, filing support, and maintaining GST-related records
  • TDS tracking, deductions, and basic compliance support
  • Petty cash management and expense reporting
  • Supporting monthly and annual close processes --- trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet assistance
  • Coordinating with eCommerce operations, logistics, and catalogue teams for purchase entries, sales entries, returns accounting, and expense approvals
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring documentation is audit-ready
  • Recording and maintaining inventory-related accounting entries --- stock receipts, goods returned, write-offs, and stock adjustments in Tally
  • Reconciling physical stock with system inventory records and flagging variances to the warehouse and operations teams
  • Assisting senior accounts staff with MIS reports, marketplace payout summaries, and financial performance dashboards

Software Skills Required:
Mandatory:

  • Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime --- day-to-day usage, voucher entry, report generation
  • Wonder Accounting Software --- operational familiarity and data entry

Good to Have:

  • MS Excel --- basic to intermediate (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formatting)
  • Google Sheets for data sharing and reporting
  • Any additional ERP or accounting tools
  • Experience using Tally’s inventory module --- stock items, stock groups, godowns, and stock summary reports
  • Familiarity with inventory management concepts --- FIFO, LIFO, weighted average cost, and stock valuation

AI Tools Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for drafting, summarising, and data interpretation
  • Ability to use AI to automate repetitive accounting tasks --- report formatting, expense categorisation, or email drafting
  • Openness to adopting AI-powered finance tools as they emerge in the industry.
