Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role is responsible for driving online revenue growth, improving the customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms.
Job Description:
· Manage Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
· Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, images).
· Conduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO best practices.
· Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
· Monitor sales performance, Buy Box ownership, pricing, and inventory levels.
· Manage FBA/FBM operations, shipments, and inventory forecasting.
· Handle Amazon promotions, deals, coupons, and seasonal events (Prime Day, Black Friday).
· Monitor and respond to customer reviews and buyer messages.
· Analyze performance reports and provide insights to improve profitability.
· Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account or listing issues.
Required Skills
·1+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts.
· Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and ranking factors.
· Experience with FBA, FBM, and Amazon logistics.
· Proficiency with Amazon reporting tools and third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
