Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can manage Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and SEOend-to-end. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and skilled in digital platforms, capable of delivering growth across paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, run & optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Display & Retargeting.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, daily campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
• Track KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and deliver measurable ROI.
• Develop landing pages, ad copies, and creative briefs to improve conversions.
• Execute full-funnel paid strategies for awareness, acquisition & remarketing.
• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Plan and execute content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter.
• Grow followers, engagement, and reach organically.
• Manage social media ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor analytics and provide performance insights & improvements.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Improve on-page SEO (Meta tags, headings, and internal links, content).
• Perform technical SEO audits (indexing, site speed, and mobile-friendliness).
• Build and implement link-building & outreach strategies.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall website performance.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• SEO tool expertise: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data & make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent understanding of content creation, copywriting, and brand communication.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Type: Work from Office- NO WORK FROM HOME

General Shift: 09:30 to 6.30pm - Monday to Saturday

Schedule: Day shift

• Proven experience driving sales across various marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra with a deep understanding of platform-specific strategies for achieving optimal performance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Amazon, with a strong understanding of Amazon Ads and a minimum of 1 year of experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns.
• Oversee and refine product listings across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and maximize visibility, driving increased customer engagement.
• Predict sales trends and growth opportunities. Analyze key metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Amazon Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and Amazon Flex, including solid knowledge of Flex site launches, GTIN Exemptions, Brand Registry, Category Approval, and handling Policy Violations and Product Compliance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L), with a track record of effectively overseeing financial performance
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative strategies to improve sales performance and market competitiveness on Amazon.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges in Amazon operations, campaigns, and performance metrics.
